8.3 Where you request deletion of your personal data under Section 11 and no legal retention obligation prevents it, gampk will action the deletion within a reasonable period and confirm completion.

9.1 gampk uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, maintain your session, prevent fraud and improve user experience. Cookies used by gampk fall into the following categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function — session management, login state, security tokens. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Where the platform links to third-party websites or services, gampk is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. 14.1 gampk may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services we offer, or applicable legal requirements.

14.2 Where a change is material, gampk will provide reasonable notice — via a notification within the platform or by email to your registered mobile number — before the updated policy takes effect.

14.3 The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the current version became effective. Continued use of the gampk platform following a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
