This document constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and gampk. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any gampk service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use gampk. Age verification may be requested at any time.
Each person may hold only one gampk account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.
You must only deposit and wager funds that you own. gampk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until requirements are met.
gampk provides deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion tools. Using them is strongly encouraged.
IMPORTANT: By registering an account on gampk or by using any service offered on the gampk platform (gampk.net), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not register an account or use the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the gampk Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and gampk governing your use of the Services.
2.2 By completing account registration on gampk — including ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement.
2.3 gampk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 14 for the amendment procedure.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the gampk platform, you must:
3.2 gampk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and return of verified deposits net of any bonus funds.
3.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of gampk complies with all laws, regulations and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. gampk makes no representation that the Services are legal in any specific jurisdiction.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on gampk. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. gampk reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balance held therein, including winnings generated using duplicate accounts.
4.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gampk login credentials — username, password and OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. gampk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate personal information at registration and keep it updated. gampk may request supporting documentation to verify the identity, address or payment methods of any account holder at any time.
4.4 Account Transferability. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your gampk account or any balance held within it to any third party.
5.1 Accepted Methods. gampk accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Visa and Mastercard, subject to availability and any applicable limits.
5.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that you own and that are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. Third-party deposits — funds originating from a payment instrument not registered in your own name — are not permitted.
5.3 Withdrawal Verification. gampk may require identity and payment method verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by gampk customer support following verification.
5.4 Processing Times. Deposit processing times are subject to the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal processing times will be communicated within the platform. gampk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gampk is not responsible for any exchange rate differences incurred if you fund your account via a non-PKR payment instrument.
5.6 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method, account tier and jurisdiction. Current limits are displayed within the gampk account cashier section.
6.1 Product-Specific Rules. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, specific rules govern each gampk product — sports betting, live casino, slots and crash games. These rules are published within each product section and form part of the overall agreement.
6.2 Bet Settlement. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the gampk sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet was placed. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the actual settled odds caused by a technical error, gampk reserves the right to void or re-settle affected bets at the correct odds.
6.3 Voided Bets. gampk reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds, on markets opened or settled in error, or where gampk has reason to believe the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.
6.4 Game Outcomes. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the game providers. gampk does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.5 Connection Issues. gampk is not liable for losses incurred due to disconnection during a live game session. Where technically feasible, gampk will apply a standard disconnection policy as described in the relevant product rules.
7.1 All bonus offers and promotions published on gampk are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution rates and maximum bet restrictions. These terms are published alongside each offer.
7.2 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Any withdrawal requested before wagering requirements are met will result in the removal of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
7.3 gampk reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or reclaim any bonus credited to an account if gampk has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through abuse, collusion or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 gampk reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bets already accepted under a prior promotional structure.
7.5 Only one welcome bonus per person, household, device, IP address and payment method is permitted.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gampk and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
8.2 Where gampk identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account, void all associated bets and transactions, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
9.1 All content on the gampk platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text and game assets — is the intellectual property of gampk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content.
10.1 gampk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gampk makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the platform or its content.
10.2 gampk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or emotional distress.
10.3 gampk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to gampk in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gampk's negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 By gampk. gampk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) a legal, regulatory or fraud investigation requires it; or (c) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to gampk or other users.
11.2 By the User. You may close your gampk account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via a payment method previously used for deposit, net of any amounts owed to gampk.
11.3 Bonus balances and winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are not returned upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied at the time of closure.

12.2 Increases to deposit or loss limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
12.3 Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the selected exclusion period. gampk will make reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded accounts cannot be used during the exclusion period and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded users.

14.1 gampk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, gampk will provide reasonable notice — either via a notification within the platform, by email to your registered address, or by publishing a notice on gampk.net — before the change takes effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the gampk platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the gampk operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and gampk, you should first contact gampk customer support to seek an informal resolution. gampk will endeavour to respond to all account-related complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as determined by applicable gaming regulations.
